Why am I not seeing any data in the reporting dashboard?

Sites and Apps reports may take up to 48 hours to populate after the campaign launches.

If your campaigns have been live for longer than 48 hours and you still aren't seeing any data in the reports, follow the below steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check if you have an Ad Blocker installed. If you do, disable it for app.adlibmediagroup.com .

  2. If the issue persists:
    1. Log out from Growth Channel DSP
    2. Clear your cache
    3. Hard reload the page
    4. Log back in

Note: Audience reports may take 7+ days to populate after the campaign launches. For smaller audience segments, the data might not display.
