How are custom audiences billed?
What's the price of custom audiences add-on and how will I be billed?

Custom audiences are available in the US and are offered as add-ons to existing subscription users (see Pricing).
Custom audiences are billed per thousand (1000) records as a CPM with a minimum of $1,500 per project:
- Persona enrichment - $30 CPM
- Opt-in email records - $199 CPM
- Postal addresses - $99 CPM
- Advertising IDs for social media - $30
To request a custom audience, complete this form.
The audience takes 1-72 hours for processing once the billing quota is available on your Growth Channel account. The time for processing depends on the request and complexity of the data layers. Once the audience is ready, it will become available under the Insights tab in the Growth Channel dashboard.
